BURSTdesigns and Paypal do not share or resell your personal information such as email address, mailing address, phone number with any third party.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
8.5 x 11" prints and 19 x 13" prints will be shipped within the week of ordering.
20 x 24" prints will be shipped approximately 2-3 weeks from ordering date.

HOW WE SHIP
8.5 x 11" and 19 x 13" prints will be shipped flat; larger prints will be rolled and shipped in tubes via USPS or UPS. Please allow extra time for multiple orders. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges vary by size, weight, and destination and will be determined on an individual basis.

Additional sizes and special orders are available upon request. Special project Limited Use Copyrights are also available for purchase. Please email for specific pricing and contract policies.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may email or call to request a Return Form within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Please email burst.designs@ymail.com explaining your reason for requesting a return. Include your phone number, purchase order and date as indicated on your receipt. As soon as we receive notification, you will be emailed a Return Form along with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us. Returned orders without this form will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send anything back without making contact, and receiving specific instructions from us. Art work must be carefully repacked in the original packaging and returned in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving the Return Form. Once we receive your returned order, we will be able to process a refund or replacement order. Goods that are damaged by the customer or returned in a negligible manner (not in accordance with instructions) will be ineligible for a full refund. All returned orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
